MEET YOUR  DECORATOR… CHRIS RINGENBACH

I would like to introduce myself, Chris Ringenbach, specializing in residential and light commercial interior decorating projects in Southern Nevada.

Currently in my tenth year as a decorator, my design philosophy is simple.  It’s my goal to design each space specifically to meet the needs of my customer.  When we finish a project, I want my clients to feel as though their new space is exactly what they dreamed and more.  I find I look forward to seeing the end result as much as my clients do.  Since my business is built on referrals and repeat customers, it is very important to me that my customer be completely satisfied at the end of the project.

I know how important the client/designer relationship is to the ultimate success of each project and make it a priority to create an open and friendly working relationship with clients.  It is your home and I pride myself on the ability to work to your taste and style, not necessarily mine. 

Unlike most designers, I typically do not charge design fees.  Instead, through INTERIORS by Decorating Den, I have the buying power of a $60 million company, and am able to earn a reasonable profit on the products you select and approve.  Because I do not charge for the significant amount of time spent designing your project, I am not a discounter; but I do offer excellent value by providing the appropriate products in a design that meets your personal tastes and individual needs.

The design process begins with a complimentary in-home or office design consultation.  We will discuss your needs, identify some possible solutions and establish a budget for your project.  Back at my design studio, I will research for the products that meet your design and your budget, which I will then present to you in a second appointment at your home or office.  Once you’ve made your selections, I will follow the project through from ordering to delivery and installation.

With degrees from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, I have found myself working in various capacities involving fabric and the principles of design over the years.  I’ve done costuming for Las Vegas production shows, taught fashion courses, built one of the top INTERIORS by Decorating Den franchises in the country and have received many awards, both for sales and for design.  As the regional director for all franchises in Nevada, I provide ongoing training and support to other decorators. 

On a personal note, I’ve lived in Las Vegas for over thirty years, am married to a musician and have three grown children.  I enjoy giving seminars and workshops on interior decorating, which I do frequently for clubs, women’s groups and schools.
